General Information About KASPERI Webstore

To order products from KASPERI Products Oy the customer needs to be at least 18 years of age. Our product prices include VAT (24%). We sustain the right to make changes in prices and delivery costs.


Products are ordered through our shopping cart. In addition to products ordered user has to add suitable shipping option to the order. To order products, customers need to provide contact and delivery information.

When the products are added to the shopping cart and ordering process has been completed, we will send an automatic sales order e-mail to the e-mail address the customer has provided. The sales order e-mail includes the following details:

  • Order number

  • Products ordered

  • Total amount of sale

When placing an order, the customer commits to current terms and conditions of KASPERI webstore.


All orders from KASPERI webstore must be paid when placing an order. We do not sell products by cash on delivery method.

Payment service provider

Stripe Payments UK, Ltd. acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider. Stripe Payments UK, Ltd. will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Stripe Payments UK, Ltd. will forward the payment to the merchant. Stripe Payments UK, Ltd. is an authorized Payment Institution. For reclamations, please contact the website you made your payment to.

SPUKL is authorised as an electronic money institution by the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority (reference number: 900461) to issue electronic money, enable cash placement and cash withdrawal services on payment accounts, execute payment transactions, make money remittances, and acquire payment transactions (the “Authorised Payment Services”).


Shipping fees are visible at KASPERI webstore’s Shipping category. Users must add the suitable shipping fee to the order in webstore. KASPERI Products Oy reserves the right for changes in shipping fees.

Delivery to Finland

Products are delivered via Posti to the nearest post office of the address the customer has provided or by bike messenger to address provided.

Delivery abroad Finland

Products are delivered mainly via Posti (Finnish postal service).

We ship currently to following countries:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Canary islands (ES), Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe islands (DK), Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar (GB), Greece, Greenland (DK), Hungary, Japan, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey (GB), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States and Vatican City.

Tracking orders

When an order is packed and processed for shipping, customers are notified by e-mail to the address provided. The e-mail includes the courier used, a tracking number and instructions on how to track the order if provided by the shipping company.


Domestic Finnish orders

Delivery time is 7 weekdays when products are in stock. KASPERI Products Oy is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as shipping companies.

Orders abroad Finland

Delivery time varies on destination country, but generally is about 7-14 weekdays. KASPERI Products Oy is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as shipping companies.

If an order delay is caused directly by KASPERI Products Oy, customer has the right to cancel the order. An order must be canceled by e-mail or by letter (contact details at the end of this page) and cancellations must include order number, canceled product and customer's contact information. Customer receives a full refund on returned orders.

If a product is out of stock, please enquire for restock time from us (contact details at the end of this page).


Customer has a 14 day period for returning or exchanging products. The period begins when the customer receives the product. Before returning or exchanging the product, the customer has to contact KASPERI Products Oy by e-mail or letter (contact details at the end of this page). The customer has to return the product with instructions provided by KASPERI Products Oy. If the return instructions are violated, the right to return products may lapse. If a product is used in such way that it cannot be sold again, the right to return lapses. All products must be returned on their original packages.

When returning products in Finland or abroad Finland, customer has to pay the return postage fee, unless product is faulty or different of what was ordered.

When returning products, please include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Your name, address, e-mail and phone number

  • Your bank account information

  • A copy of the original sales order

We do not accept returns after 14 days of delivery date. When the return is accepted, the money will be refunded to customer's account after processing. By Finnish law, KASPERI Products Oy is bound to refund the customer in 30 days after the product is returned.


If a product has been lost or damaged during shipping or the customer has received a different product than ordered, the customer has to contact KASPERI Products Oy immediately by e-mail (contact details at the end of this page).

The announcement for a faulty or wrong product has to be made within 14 days after receiving the product.


We reserve the right to changes of our terms and conditions. The customer has to accept the current terms and conditions when placing an order. We will process all information confidentially.
