処理時間 & 発送スケジュール

  • 在庫のある商品は、フィンランド・ハメーンリンナの工房で梱包し、できる限り早く発送いたします。ただし、金曜日の発送は行っておりません。
  • 予約注文の商品は、生産完了後に発送されます。生産スケジュールは、各商品ページにてご確認いただけます。
  • 特別なご要望がある場合は、お気軽にお問い合わせください。できる限り対応いたします。

関税 & 輸入手数料

  • 関税や消費税は商品価格および送料とは別で、お客様のご負担となります。
  • 通関手続きはFedExまたはUPSが代行し、スムーズに配送されます。
  • 日欧経済連携協定（EPA）により、当社の商品は3.8%の優遇関税率が適用されます。
  • 関税に加えて、消費税8%が発生します。これは（商品価格 + 送料 + 関税）の合計に対して適用されます。
