当社は日本への配送を定期的に行っており、FedExまたはUPSによる標準配送とエクスプレス配送を提供しています。

送料 & 配送時間

  • 標準配送: €30 (5〜10営業日)
  • エクスプレス配送: €65 (2〜5営業日)

処理時間 & 発送スケジュール

  • 在庫のある商品は、フィンランド・ハメーンリンナの工房で梱包し、できる限り早く発送いたします。ただし、金曜日の発送は行っておりません。
  • 予約注文の商品は、生産完了後に発送されます。生産スケジュールは、各商品ページにてご確認いただけます。
  • 特別なご要望がある場合は、お気軽にお問い合わせください。できる限り対応いたします。

関税 & 輸入手数料

  • 関税や消費税は商品価格および送料とは別で、お客様のご負担となります。
  • 通関手続きはFedExまたはUPSが代行し、スムーズに配送されます。
  • 日欧経済連携協定（EPA）により、当社の商品は3.8%の優遇関税率が適用されます。
  • 関税に加えて、消費税8%が発生します。これは（商品価格 + 送料 + 関税）の合計に対して適用されます。
  • 通関手続きの代行には、配送業者による手数料が発生する場合があります。

予約注文の仕組みはどうなっていますか？

予約注文では、商品の全額を前払いする必要があります。お住まいの地域によっては、柔軟な支払いオプションが利用できる場合があります。

予約注文の配送時間は推定であり、商品ページに表示されています。商品が発送準備が整い次第、追跡リンク付きのメールでお知らせし、ご注文の発送を進めます。住所に変更がある場合は、早めにご連絡ください。

同じ注文で選んだアクセサリーは商品と一緒に発送されます。配送前に注文に商品を追加したい場合は、別送か一緒に発送するかを知らせるために、注文にメモを残してください。
