With this service you can try the pack of your dreams for three weeks. Once we get it back you'll get a gift card of the value of the service. Therefore
All brands have a responsibility to help their customers make more deliberate and sustainable purchases. Buying products makes sense only if you know they will be used and will last.
We want to encourage more people to try before they buy, and to make more deliberate purchases.
Put the bag into its real intended environment and real intended use whether it rains, snows, or shines. Whether that's a week of daily commutes, a hike in the local trail, or a fly-fishing trip to your trout rivers.
A trip to your chosen destination will be the best way to clear up any questions you have about the product and help you make more deliberate and sustainable purchases.
OBS: If a model is not available, it means all available rental packs of that model have been reserved. Join the waiting list.

Instructions
The Guide:
- Place a hold. Pick the backpack you want and add to cart. Waiting time depends on the availability, but generally we ship on fridays.

Receive the backpack. Open the box gently so you can send the backpack back to us in it. There will be a readily printed return label, save this.
- A 3-Week loan. The loan is for 3 weeks and after which the pack is shipped back to us. For EU customers we charge 10€ for shippings, for Finland we charge 5€.
- Ship it back with the return label. Once you've shipped it back, let us know.
- Receive the digital gift card. After we get the pack back, you will receive a 25€ gift card, that you can use on your own backpack.

Delivery
Shipping & delivery
- In addition to the rental EU customers will have to cover the 10€ shipping cost.
- We will deliver the item with an envelope with a shipping label for returning or sending to the next user(if they are in the same country as you) at the end of your loan period.
- If there are too many reservations for the same item the pop-up will be closed for that item.
- For folks in the greater Helsinki Area bags are available for pickup in Helsinki at our studio Pälkäneentie 13 A 3rd floor Helsinki. Please call or email beforehand! For those of you farther away in Finland, we'll mail it to you!
Tracking and support
- Customers are notified and sent a tracking number by e-mail to the address provided.
- Contact us for tailored support or requests with the form below or via email.
Tracking & Support
- "In stock" products that are ordered late on Wednesday will be shipped on Thursdays from our workshop.
- "Pre-order" products will be shipped when products are ready according to the announced production schedule.
Once products are shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. For any questions, contact us.
Europe
We ship to the European Union, United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland via GLS. Shipping fees for large shipments (backpacks, bags, and garments) are:
- Standard Shipping: €30 (4–8 business days)
- Priority Shipping: €45 (2–3 business days)
Shipping options for smaller items are reduced and shown at checkout.
All orders include tracking. VAT is applied at checkout where required.
Worldwide (Non-EU)
Worldwide we ship via FedEx or UPS. Shipping fees vary based on destination:
- Standard Shipping: €30-45 (5–12 business days)
- Express Shipping: €45-65 (2–5 business days)

Duties & Import Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Customers ordering from EU member states are exempt from duties or import fees.
The United States
The United States has a de minimis threshold of $800 USD. This means that orders valued under $800 typically do not incur import duties or taxes.
For orders above $800, U.S. Customs may apply duties based on the product type, i.e. Leather goods (bags, backpacks, accessories): 8% duty. In almost all cases this means that ordering everything all at once will still be more reasonable and convenient than paying for two shipments.

FedEx or UPS will handle customs clearance and may charge a small processing fee.
Worldwide
Many countries benefit from EU Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) or De minimis rules reducing or eliminating import duties:
- 0% Duties: UK, Norway, Switzerland, South Korea, Canada, Singapore
- Reduced Duties: Japan (3.8%), Mexico, Chile, and others
- De minimis: Australia has a high de-minimis that exempts import duty for most of our products.
Your local VAT or GST may apply depending on local regulations. FedEx or UPS handles customs clearance where applicable.

How the pre-order works?
The pre-order requires payment of the full price of the item upfront. Flexible payment options may be available for your order depending on your location.
Pre-order delivery times are estimates and indicated in the product page. Once the product is ready to be shipped, we will notify you via email with a tracking link and proceed with the shipping of your order. If there are changes in your address, please get in touch well in time.
The accessories you choose in the same order are shipped together with the item. If you wish to add products to your order before delivery, just leave us a note to your order so we know whether to ship separately or ship together.
