General Information About KASPERI Webstore
To order products from KASPERI Products Oy the customer needs to be at least 18 years of age. We sustain the right to make changes in prices and delivery costs.
ORDERING
Products are ordered through our shopping cart. In addition to products ordered user has to add suitable shipping option to the order. To order products, customers need to provide contact and delivery information.
When the products are added to the shopping cart and ordering process has been completed, we will send an automatic sales order e-mail to the e-mail address the customer has provided. The sales order e-mail includes the following details:

Customs Duties and Import fees for International orders (non-EU)
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are separate from the product price and shipping cost and may vary based on destination country regulations. For more information on potential fees, please contact your local customs office.
HOW THE PRE-ORDERS WORK
Pre-orders work as reservation deposits. When you pay the preorder you will get a code that will discount the preorder amount from the total product price in our webshop. The preorder can be canceled within 14 days or turned into a Kasperi gift card at any time.
Pre-orders batches are limited in size and hand-crafted to high-quality standards. We reserve the right to changes or updates in these terms, the products, finalization prices and production schedules at any time. By pre-ordering, we make sure to reserve a product for you. Once the product is available you will be notified by email for payment of the remaining amount. Customers have 30 days to finalize their purchase once they have received the first finalization mail. In case the customer is not reached via email, we message the phone number they provide to check if their email is up to date.
If the customer is not reached and 30 days has passed from the first finalization mail, we release the product from reservation so that we can serve the next customer in line and the pre-order itself is converted into a discount code of the same value as the pre-order. The discount code can be used for ordering anything on our site and even for pre-ordering something from our next pre-order batches.
PAYMENT METHODS
All orders from KASPERI webstore must be paid when placing an order. We do not sell products by cash on delivery method.
