The traveling pack's library is where you'll find all our traveling packs. Some of them have seen the world more, some less. But over time they gather dozens of stories into the journals that travel along with the packs.

Instructions

Feel free to browse around and pick the one you'd like to try. If the product you chose is needlessly far away, we will ship you one that's closer to you.

Terms of loan: These packs are loaned by us to their users. The service is available within the EU with a shipping cost of 15€. It works like a library and a reservation is for two weeks after which you send it to the next person or back to us. The library packs will be shipped to you within two weeks from reserving. Use freely as if it was your own, signs of life in the packs are welcome. Think about the project and share thoughts you got about it with us or with friends. Write a short story in the accompanying journal. If you have any special requests, please get in touch so we can see how we can accomodate you. We retain the right to call back the pack if we need it.

EU

Products are delivered in the European Union via UPS, GLS, and Posti. Options for your area are provided at checkout. Shipping fees are between 20€ and 45€ depending on the size of the package, your location, and chosen delivery options. Delivery times vary between 1-8 business days.

Outside of EU products are delivered via Posti, GLS and UPS, and Express Mail Service (EMS). Options for your area provided at checkout. Shipping fees are between 20€ and 65€ depending on size of package, your location and chosen delivery options. Delivery times vary between 2-21 business days.

Duties and Import fees for non-EU orders:

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. For deliveries carried out by UPS which is standard in the UK, UPS handles the collection of these fees.

These charges are separate from the product price and shipping cost. For more information on potential fees, please contact your local customs office.

Tracking orders and Support

When the item is ready to be delivered, you will receive a tracking link. Customers are notified and sent a tracking number by e-mail to the address provided.

How the pre-order works?

The pre-order requires payment of the full price of the item upfront. Flexible payment options may be available for your order depending on your location.

Pre-order delivery times are estimates and indicated in the product page. Once the product is ready to be shipped, we will notify you via email with a tracking link and proceed with the shipping of your order. If there are changes in your address, please get in touch well in time.

The accessories you choose in the same order are shipped together with the item. If you wish to add products to your order before delivery, just leave us a note to your order so we know whether to ship separately or ship together.
