Tracking & Support

"In stock" products that are ordered late on Wednesday will be shipped on Thursdays from our workshop.
"Pre-order" products will be shipped when products are ready according to the announced production schedule.

Once products are shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. For any questions, contact us.

Europe

We ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland via GLS. Shipping fees for large shipments (backpacks, bags, and garments) are:

Standard Shipping: €30 (4–8 business days)
Priority Shipping: €45 (2–3 business days)

Shipping options for smaller items are reduced and shown at checkout.

All orders include tracking. VAT is applied at checkout where required.

Worldwide (Non-EU)

Worldwide we ship via FedEx or UPS. Shipping fees vary based on destination:

Standard Shipping: €30-45 (5–12 business days)
Express Shipping: €45-65 (2–5 business days)

Duties & Import Fees

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

How preorders work?

Preorders are payment of the full-price. When the product is ready, you will receive an email and we will ship the product. You may modify your pre-order before the it is sent by getting in touch

Product availability ranges from being ready within a week to being ready within three months. Please see the product page for specific details.

Our products are crafted in small batches in the Kasperi Workshop in Hämeenlinna and can only be purchased directly from us. The pre-order model allows us to provide unmatched quality items to our customers.

Sign up to our waiting lists for advance access

We often open waiting lists for future releases before manufacturing begins. Waiting lists are also open for items that are sold out, so you can let us know if you'd like us to bring something back.

By signing up to our waiting lists on the specific product page of the item you are interested in, you will be among the first to know when an item becomes available.

We are dedicated to producing the highest quality products and therefore do not rush our launches. Production is optimized for small batches so we can focus on quality.

At Kasperi, we prioritize the durability and repairability of our products. Our goal is to create items that will last a lifetime or be passed down for generations, with proper care.

Our 2-year manufacturing guarantee covers defects in manufacturing. However, our support does not end there. If your product requires attention please reach out to us via email to receive an estimate.

We support the right to repair and have designed our products to be easily repairable. Most repairs can be completed by your local shoemaker.
