With this service you can try the pack of your dreams for one week. Once we get it back you'll get a gift card of the value of the service. Therefore

Instructions

The Guide:

Place a hold. Pick the backpack you want and add to cart. Waiting time depends on the availability, but generally we ship on fridays.
Receive the backpack. Open the box gently so you can send the backpack back to us in it. There will be a readily printed return label, save this.
A one Week loan. The loan is for one weeks and after which the pack is shipped back to us. For EU customers we charge 10€ for shippings, for Finland we charge 5€.
Ship it back with the return label. Once you've shipped it back, let us know.
Receive the digital gift card. After we get the pack back, you will receive a 25€ gift card, that you can use on your own backpack.

Delivery

Shipping & delivery

In addition to the rental EU customers will have to cover the 10€ shipping cost.
We will deliver the item with an envelope with a shipping label for returning or sending to the next user(if they are in the same country as you) at the end of your loan period.
If there are too many reservations for the same item the pop-up will be closed for that item.
For folks in the greater Helsinki Area bags are available for pickup in Helsinki at our studio Pälkäneentie 13 A 3rd floor Helsinki. Please call or email beforehand! For those of you farther away in Finland, we'll mail it to you!

Tracking and support

Customers are notified and sent a tracking number by e-mail to the address provided.

Tracking & Support

Products that are in stock, will be packed and shipped as soon as possible, but not on Fridays.
"Pre-order" products will be shipped when products are ready according to the announced production schedule.

Once products are shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. For any questions, contact us.

Europe

We ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland via GLS or UPS. Shipping fees for large shipments (backpacks, bags, and garments) are:

GLS Standard Shipping: €30 (4–8 business days)
UPS Priority Shipping: €45 (2–3 business days)

Shipping options for smaller items are reduced and shown at checkout.

All orders include tracking. VAT is applied at checkout where required.

Worldwide (Non-EU)

Worldwide we ship via FedEx or UPS. Shipping fees vary based on destination:

Standard Shipping: €30 (5–12 business days)
Express Shipping: €50-€65 (2–5 business days)

Duties & Import Fees

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

How the pre-order works?

The pre-order requires payment of the full price of the item upfront. Flexible payment options may be available for your order depending on your location.

Pre-order delivery times are estimates and indicated in the product page. Once the product is ready to be shipped, we will notify you via email with a tracking link and proceed with the shipping of your order. If there are changes in your address, please get in touch well in time.

The accessories you choose in the same order are shipped together with the item. If you wish to add products to your order before delivery, just leave us a note to your order so we know whether to ship separately or ship together.

Well, they are quite pricey and therefore I tested one for a few weeks. Used in the rain on the bike and a few times during flights.
What can I say, I bought one for myself now:)

Repun vuokrapalvelu toimi oikein näppärästi! Viikon kokeilussa reppuun ehtii tutustumaan.

Mahtava tapa tutustua tuotteeseen

Vuokrauspalvelu oli aivan mahtava keino tutustua tuotteeseen - pääsin testaamaan, onko reppu sopivan kokoinen ja miten toimii arjen käytössä ja erittäin hyvinhän se toimi! Vuokrauksen myötä sain vahvistuksen sille, että reppu on hankittava itselle omaksi. Sen lisäksi vuokrauspalvelu on minusta kätevä, jos esimerkiksi isompia reppuja haluaisi vuokrata reissuun.

Mainio vuokrauspalvelu!

Kokeilin Fold-top reppua vuokrapalvelun kautta ennen ostopäätöstä ja samalla sain tuntumaa siitä millainen reppu olisi sisäänajettuna käytön myötä (nahka pehmentynyt ihanasti ym).

Vuokrarepun nouto Teurastamolta hoitui kätevästi ja sain samalla ohjeistuksen repun ominaisuuksista.

Mielestäni vuokraus on mainio tapa tehdä ostopäätös kun pääsee testaamaan reppua rauhassa omassa arkielämässä ja varmistamaan että reppu on omaan käyttöön ja tavaramäärään soveltuva sekä itselle mukava kantaa myös pakattuna.

Olisi hienoa, jos useammalla yrityksillä olisi vastaava palvelu! Päädyin viikon testin jälkeen hommaamaan fold-topin itselleni mutta voisin suositella vuokrausta myös vaikka johonkin tiettyyn reissuun ilman että laukkua tarvitsee itse omistaa.

Stress test

The rental service worked seamlessly, we agreed upon a time of pickup and return. I was encouraged to push the limits of the bag by using it in conditions that would match its everyday use. I was even encouraged to switch the bag during the rental week if I was contemplating between styles.

Overall, the experience was pleasant and smooth, and I really got a feeling how the bag would work in everyday life. I feel like the business is not happy when a product is purchased, but rather when there is a true match between the product and the customer.
