About this originals
This rustic combination of Pine and Birch colors is in spirit an heir to the railroad rust and brown pack. The combination brings to mind arriving at camp after a long day out, where a pile of firewood from pine and birch alternates. We can almost hear the cracking fire against a backdrop of crickets chirping under a clear starry sky.
The Italian Puccini tannery's brown body leather is sturdy but a little softer than SOHRE. This means it'll break in a little faster than for instance the S.07. The birch tan leather vegetable tanned leather from Swedish Tärnsjö is natural tan, so there are no added coloring agents. It keeps its tone more than some of the other natural tan leathers we've used, yet it does turn towards a light honey tone over time! This is and will become one unique pack!

Stylish for city use. Sturdy for forest hiking. Easily big enough for a weekend trip. Compact to carry on as cabin luggage. Its ergonomics are designed to keep it comfortable even after full days of carrying heavier loads. It might just be the last backpack you’ll ever need.
A large detachable computer sleeve is included that will fit most 17" modern laptops and even some 17.3" laptops. The sleeve attaches only at the top to let the bag conform to the shape of your back. It also works as padding when the bag is packed full. The bag has six external attachment points for external gear like camera tripods, fishing rods, or camping gear.

Materials
Made from high-quality vegetable-tanned leather. The frame of the bag is made of Italian Puccini tannery's bovine leather and the folding part is made of Swedish Tärnsjö tannery's bovine leather.
The detachable computer sleeve is made of recycled felt, that's made in Finland. The G-buckles are made out of marine-grade stainless AISI 316 steel. The roller buckles are stainless steel from Sweden. The polyester yarn and rivets come from Italy.
