G.05 Field Glove - A classic in the making
Introducing the G.05 Field Glove, a testament to Kasperi's dedication to well-made versatile tools that are made for life. Designed with the ruggedness of the outdoors in mind, the G.05 Field Glove is made from 1 mm vegetable-tanned Finnish Whitetail deer leather, this glove offers a blend of protection, finesse, and durability that stands out in its class.
With no lining and seams designed for comfort against the skin, these gloves prioritize dexterity and durability in any task. Over time, the grain on the inner surface of the deerskin naturally wears into a suede-like texture, improving grip and making the gloves even more effective in various conditions.
A brass ring is featured for attaching the gloves with a carabiner to your backpack or belt loop to ensure they are always within reach, wherever your adventures may lead.
Experience a glove that not only meets the rigorous demands of fieldwork but also evolves with you, developing a personalized fit that just gets better over time.

Background
From the Work Glove to the Field Glove
Over the years, we've worked with dozens of different vegetable-tanned leathers. Some of those have stood out and the idea of a pair of field gloves was conceived. The search for a workshop that could handle the task started and we made the prototypes already three years ago. Through meticulous design and testing, we came to a design that not only meets but exceeds our high standards.
Drawing from the heritage of a classic work glove, the idea behind the Field Gloves is the material that forms and becomes better with use. A thicker yet supple leather will provide more protection, yet over time the glove will relax and become like second skin. Therefore it's not just a work glove, it's a work glove with protection and finesse. A Field Glove protects from elements, while maintaining dexterity and comfort over time.
Finding a workshop up to the task was not an easy one, three years in the making. Eventually, we found one. Made in the storied glove-making region of Pecs, Hungary, these gloves are the result of a three-year search for a workshop that shared our commitment to quality and could work with exceptional material and demands. The G.05 Field Glove is a testament to Kasperi's dedication to craftsmanship.
Sizing and fit
Sizing and Fit
Choose your size based on the size table. Don't be afraid of the toughness at first, once these gloves break-in, they will be like no other.
Care and Break-in
Care and Break-in
These gloves are crafted from unlined 1mm vegetable-tanned leather, chosen for its balance of durability and formability. Unlined leather is ideal for a glove that is made to become like a second skin. With time, the leather will conform to your hands, enhancing the gloves' fit and flexibility.
Maintain your gloves with periodic waxing to replenish the leather. For wax we recommend the Kasperi Leather Wax or another beeswax based natural leather wax.
