The blade of the Field Chef Knife share some design philosophy with the Japanese santoku style blades. Much like its distant cousin, it excels in precision, control, and finesse, with added ruggedness and compactness for the field. Another unique property of the blade is the acid-treated surface on the carbon steel, resulting in a unique texture and making it more resistant to corrosion.

Designed with functionality and durability in mind, the Field Chef Knife is a trusted tool for outdoor culinary adventures. Its unique full tang design and grip makes it a reliable companion on your adventures. Its carbon steel blade ensures exceptional sharpness and long-lasting performance. • Avoid saltwater exposure; rinse, dry, and oil the blade regularly to prevent corrosion.
• Store the knife in its custom leather sheath when not in use.
